Our corporate motto, “worry free guaranteed service” is more than just words. At RCC-BGM, it is a way of life and the key to four-decades of success. Our loyal and innovative work force has created excitement in the building service industry. Our unique training approach is focused on personal growth for our employees and consistent on-time delivery for our customers.

Community
RCC-BGM Prides Itself on Community and Industry Involvement
Our community involvement includes active participation in:
- Rebuilding Together, the nation’s leading nonprofit working to preserve affordable homeownership and revitalize communities;
- Annual donations in our customers’ names to CityTeam Ministries, a non-profit organization serving the poor and homeless in San Jose, San Francisco, Oakland, Portland, Philadelphia and partnerships in 82 other countries around the world;
- Our partnership with SoccerKraze we have been fortunate enough to negotiate a deal to donate soccer shoes to the high school athletes at Yerba Buena High School;
- Monetary donations to St. Matthews and St. Lawrence schools;
- Sponsorships at the DBMG, who then distributes the sponsorship donations in the form of scholarships to high school students headed to college
- The annual IFMA beach clean-up.
Community Sponsorships – RCC-BGM values the community at which we work and believes that a thriving local economy in turn boosts each and every local business. For this reason, RCC-BGM provides local athletic sponsorships to local youth and adult soccer leagues, sponsorships with the San Jose Sharks, and the San Jose Earthquakes.
Organizational Involvement – As active members of the USGBC, IFMA, BOMA, CoreNet, BSCAI, and the NCMSDC; BGM has participated as committee members at IFMA’s community outreach committee, helping to organize Rebuilding Together events, GROW community events, Annual Beach Clean-up, Hotel de Zinc feeding those homeless and in need, and the Holiday Toy Drive. RCC-BGM also has members serving as Co-Chairmen of the Annual IFMA Vendor Fair bringing industry personnel together.
